Rush vs Quality
I visited VisionWorks for new glasses and an eye exam. At the conclusion of the exam (before dilation) I expressed concerns to Dr. Ramgolam-Singh that I was seeing double. Her reply was that, 'I've already spent more time with you than with most patients'. She went on to blame small cataract(s) for the condition. I doubt this, since I can see much better with my existing prescription. I find this rush to get you out the door vs taking pride in providing quality care disturbing.Her lack of consideration and professionalism cost me many times the cost of her eye exam. Patients deserve better.

in 90 years of my life I have never been seen by a optpmetric doctor of ter caliber of D. Ramgolam Singh. Technically superior to the 60 or 70 doctors I have been examined by. Truly impressive and a very warm doctor. In these days when most medicine practices are focused on minimizing time with patient and mazimising patient throughput and profits, she dedicates as much time as needed by her patients. Refreashingly outstanding
