Dr Hummel asked is Ms Winston could come in and that cost me $110. I did not know she was going to charge me. I did not give consent. I was in my PCP's office. She did nothing for me. Dr. Hummel later, while seeing my wife because she was dizzy, asked Dr. Winston to come it. We knew to say NO by then. There is no reason for a social worker to see my wife for being dizzy. I believe it is a scam.
