I saw Angelica Norman, APRN, on Dec 9th. She is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way that was able to understand her. She is also very prompt to respond; I emailed her & she got right back to me. Angelica is a gem & a wonderful asset to the Cleveland Clinic. DC
