Mid Soto is always friendly . She listen even though we get off of the subject. I'm a 71 yr old senior and she treat me like her mother even though I have a wonderful daughter who takes care of me. Personality in my book means a lot to someone like me. She is definitely asset to that hospital. But I understand I maybe loosing her because you cannot come to an agreement with Humana. Please think about what you are doing.
