Worst Nurses Practioner Ever!! Took my grandson to SRMC ER and never encountered such unprofessional medical personnel in my life! To top that, my grandson was not diagnosed properly until 14 hours later and another hospital! Ms. Richards should find another line of work!!! Horrible experience!
