Irritated my visit was so terrible, a review is needed in hopes this provider improves her bedside manner and responsiveness to the benefit of future patients. The appt began with the standard, "What brings you here" question. After a description of my symptoms, her response was "Is it my turn now?" I was stunned by this question but continued the visit being desperate to find a solution to my issue. After countless more dismissive comments and condescending facial expressions and tone, she informed me that I suffer from migraines without even having conducted a physical exam, which might have been ok if not for my symptoms being:chronic ear congestion, chest congestion, and vertigo. If it turns out migraine is, in fact, the culprit, then one would have expected the "diagnosis" to have been made AFTER the two short tests she then did BEFORE handing down the diagnosis. I'm now awaiting a Rx to address "migraines," as of 5 DAYS AGO. This provider is both arrogant and ineffective. AWFUL.
