Signed up as I wanted someone to look over my labs I already did. Gave my cc info to remain on file. Stated I would need to cancel program in writing. They asked if I wanted to test my levels again & I said yes. Instead of sending order to the lab they wanted to email orders to me. After a day & not having them in my inbox or spam I contacted them & did get orders. I had the labs done & was not given results. I had a telehealth & she asked if I wanted a copy & I said yes. She said she would email. No email to inbox or spam. I faxed the lab & the lab faxed my results. I mailed a cancellation of services & did not want billed anymore, it’s been over $600. No heads up the other day & found a package on my porch. It was $$$ of injectable hormones with 0 syringes. Pharmacy confirms 0 ordered. Asked provider to stop billing my cc. Reply was they weren’t sure they would. Cancelled cc. Provider confirms they have been emailing my confidential lab results but it’s not an email I gave them.

Absolutely horrible visit, this doctor fakes test creates havoc, and will lead you into a heart attack, and not even tell you the results of your test that could have prevented it! Thanks to her and you're not telling me the truth because of her negligence I had not only one heart attack but two once she knew about and kicked me out of the practice as soon as she found out the truth about the first heart attack! Then turned around and fudged other tests that led to a second heart attack a couple months later that required open heart surgery she should lose her license I never be able to practice medicine on a child's doll! I have suffered under her for many years as a patient, and yes this is the condensed version of my nightmare, and yes this a completely true story,keep looking for another doctor,your very life can depend on it!

She Doesn't Follow Up after You Require Emergency Services, She Forgets to Tell You You have some VERY SERIOUS Illnesses , Then It's Too late to Treat Them, She Forgets all about Your Prescription, You have to Alway's call 3-5 Times Before You Finally Get Somewhere. If You are a Guy, She's all Up and Too close for comfort, Breasts and all,NO Lie! She will Lie Straight to Your Face and tell you you are fine,When You're Not! She'll Play with Your Blood/X-ray Tests, To where They read Fine,Even If The X-ray is Not Yours. she "Claims" to set up Video chats with you, That Never Happen! She will weigh You Down With Surveys about how Great she is, Which she isn't, You Need to Check Out Her Past, That's All I can Say,It's WELL WORTH THE MONEY!
