Vilius is very helpful to me. I have helpful meds, in addition his counseling is very helpful. I needed help with depre, anxiety, and irrational negative thoughts about myself. I talk to him about these things and he doesn't tell me that my feelings are wrong or what I should do. He asks me questions in a way that navigates my mind to see how my bad feelings about myself are irrational, it opens my eyes and helps me feel better about myself. I can better recognize when I'm having these thoughts.
