Since the very beginning it was a very pleasant experience. I was expierincing an excruciating pain in my neck, I have no Insurance but that wasn't an issue. In less than 15 minutes I was seating with the Dr Schmer was very courteous and he really listened. He examined me, had X-rays and treatment that same day. I felt like a new person, I am very happy with the results. Doctor Schmer and his staff are very compassionate and very professional. I wish I would have know about him before.
