I haven't seen him in 26 years, but he diagnosed me with autism and it forever changed the course of my life. It was no mistake either, as he was the leading expert on autism in Michigan back in the 1990's.

Dr. Maltz told us he would only charge us what our insurance would pay. Once our appointment was complete and billed we were owed $200. The doctor's office told us "since they spent more time with us than usual" they were keeping the $200. They refused and never paid us our balance.

He was the only psychiatrist I felt totally comfortable with. He is very unbiased and honest, but not judgmental. He is very good at what he does.

I went to Dr. Maltz to have some testing done. He was very nice and respectful and continues to be while I'm seeing him for counseling too.
