STAY AWAY!! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR"S OFFICE. My husband is a self-employed (self-pay) patient so when I requested the needed paperwork to submit to our insurance company it took weeks and several phone calls to get a detailed billing summary. They acted like they didn't know how to do this and were extremely unhelpful. Other doctors do this routinely, it is not an unusual request. The office manager was extremely rude!

I have been treated by three acupuncturists but only Dr. Kong produced positive results, apparently because he learned the old system, before the Communist Chinese government imposed a one-size-fits-all philosophy onto the way acupuncture is taught today. Dr. Kong is attentive to each patient's individual needs, taking the time necessary to properly comprehend ailments, while being sensitive about over-treatment.

I went to Dr. Kong for infertility. I was a patient for about 8 months and while I didn't achieve a pregnancy while under his care, I received wonderful care from him and his staff and came out healthier than before. Dr. Kong is a personable, knowledgeable and kind doctor. I recommend him to anyone looking for a natural doctor or chiropractor and have sent a co-worker to him already! I always felt truly cared for and never rushed in his presence and he always had an answer to my questions.

Dr. Kong is very knowledgeable about many things. He used his chiropractic and acupuncture skills to get rid of the pain in my neck and arm. I know I am in very good hands.
