Horrible Communication and Follow-ups
I reached out to Andrew (Andy), and he missed replying to my emails, following up when he said that he will follow up, and he did not reply to the last few emails I sent. After our phone consultation, he asked me to send him an email for the next steps and to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from him since (it's been months). I don't know if I was ghosted by a therapist before but this is definitely a disrespectful way to turn down a potential client.
