Bad ethics and approach
Telehealth
very poor and unprofessional interactions with Ms. Schramm. She seemed to have her own agenda and isn't meeting the client where they are. She also missed an appointment with me that she had every opportunity to let me know she wasn't available.

One of the worst therapists I have ever seen, unprofessional and incompetent. She refuses to take notes, uses google to search for answers and forgets who her clients are from visit to visit. She will also day one try to "sell" you on secondary therapy to one of her therapist friends to help them make extra money. Complete waste of time and money!
