Andrea is an excellent diagnostician and is very helpful and caring, I highly recommend her. You always know the situation you may be in when you leave the office.

Rude and didn't care.
I felt the whole visit was rushed and about seeing more people to make more money. I felt she didn't care about her patients.

She is a great Nurse Practitioner. She will continue to try to figure out the problem until it is fixed. Her nurse on the other hand is the most rude person I've met. It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone

This practice will no longer serve Veterans or their families. They no longer take Tricare. They did not inform us of this change until my wife was at an apointment. She was denied care. Her options now are emergency room, pay cash, or apply somewhere new, which could be months. My wife and family have gone to this facility for 6-8 years. Wrong way to treat veterans and their dependants!

She is as good as any Dr. that I have seen. She will listen to what you have to say instead of talking over you and listens to your problems so she can make the right call on what to do.

She was a great nurse practitioner. There was always a wait to see her but was worth it as she took the time, when she was in the room, but now that she has opened up the suboxone clinic on top of her current patients. Those that were her patients before now suffer from lack of care. Her nurse is overran and too busy to care about the patients. I've been with her for years and now am switching to a doctor that isn't as busy!
