Andrea Johnson was extremely caring and comforting when I found out I had a lump on my thyroid. She coached me through the treatment I needed and was on top of things when I was forgetful. I would definitely suggest going to her office.

Never go to east valley family medical family practice locations unless u want to be treated by staff who don't know what they are doing don't know squat about insurance need training in every department id say about 3 times over this is one of the worst Drs offices I've been to especially by staff and how dumb they act no working phone lines half the time don't count on getting your scripts cause staff doesn't check insurance I got screwed on more than one occasion with this id never go here !!

I scheduled an appointment with her office and 1 hour prior they called and cancelled. I expressed the urgency of my paperwork that needed to be filled out. I waited 3 hours for nothing. Later I was dropped from her patient list because she felt threatened I would escalate to court. I told her I needed help and I apologize for any misunderstanding but was ignored. I was mistreated by ANDREA JOHNSON and feel if you cannot treat patients with mental issues that way 3 months later Im still appalled
