Dr. Andrea Hardwick, OD

I was a patient since Dr Hardwick opened her practice. During my last visit she asked if I was having any issues & I stated that I was still dealing with dry eyes. This is a complaint I've made during every exam. I was not prepared to pay a $75 bill that day & could not pay. I was so upset by this surprise, which, she stated was because I complained of dry eyes. I had been working out of town & could not get back to pay. Two weeks later she called & left this voicemail. it's Dr. Hardwick at Hardwick Vision Center I was just calling you regarding that bill that you said you were gonna come pay a couple of weeks ago. We have still not received payment and we are going to need a payment today by lunch so if we don't hear from you by the end of lunch which will be 1:00 today then we will be filing a police report for theft of services. You can certainly give us a call to pay that over the phone or you can stop in today and that is before 1:00 and that's when we will be filing a report.

I have seen Dr. Hardwick every year since she opened her practice. She is attentive, courteous and caring. Can’t imagine going anywhere else

LOVE Dr. Hardwick. She gives the most thorough exams and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable. She's the best!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have tried this place twice and I never write reviews for anything, but both experiences have been very disappointing. Last year she tried to change my contacts to a different brand. She made me get proof from my previous eye doctor to get the brand of contacts that I have worn for years and years. I tried her again this year just because all I needed were more contacts. She increased my script which was probably needed and fitted me with new contacts. After I got home, I began to get a terrib
