Excellent, kind, insightful, and offers practical suggestions and techniques to use on your own. She is willing to suggest and work with medication prescribing Psychiatrists as needed, and is not shy about suggesting it if she thinks it is important. Good talk therapist, expects self-reflection and desire to progress from the patient. Highly recommend. Very quiet and deliberate manner, never expresses alarm- extremely calming.
