She was rude, very angry, kept dropping needles on the floor, picked them up, and tried to use them again rather than use a new needle. I was horrified. I would give her a zero star rating if possible

I would give her a minus 10 if possible. I left her office so bruised I couldn't go out in public for 3 weeks. Clearly she has no idea what she is doing.
