I have seen this provider for over 4 yrs for autism, PTSD, & depression. I submitted paperwork to her an autism diagnosis when I first came into her practice. After her prescribing me anxiety meds for my Aspergers the whole time, she suddenly stated she had no idea I was autistic & had no medical records stating this. She refused at first to give me my medical records stating a diagnosis of PTSD for a VA medical review, very difficult to work with. She has now moved to telehealth video conferences for her appts. I had trouble logging into the new app & was 10 min late, first time I had ever been late. She refused to video with me & chewed me out very hatefully, made me reschedule for a week later, even though I was in a crisis situation. On my next video appt she was a no show after 30 min, my husband had to call her, said she was running late. When I finally got in with her, I told her I would appreciate the same respect about being on time. Was rudely told to find another provider.

Andrea is professional, kind, empathetic and professional. She has been of tremendous help in just my first two visits to her practice.
