My first appointment had a few concerns, but I felt leaving hopeful that I would be heard and helped with balancing my hormones. After the second and third appointments, I was noticing a pattern of quick determinations of what medications that I needed and increasing those medications without significantly concerning symptoms or bloodwork. I felt like three of the prescriptions were given because 'most women are deficient in this ____ area' or 'your value for this ___ hormone can be as high as ___', which didn't take into account that MY unique needs may be different that the status quo. I also have other genetic and autoimmune conditions that are a factor in my symptoms and hormone levels. Office visits were often running late or rushed, and I didn't feel like I was given the time to share all the symptoms that I was experiencing or ask questions to fully understand WHY I was being prescribed these medications.After 4 months, my body was not feeling well and I didn't feel heard.

First appointment with Andrea was fine, but her level of care towards patients has decreased tremendously in the past few months. She has been a hour late to my appointments EVERY SINGLE TIME. My appointments have been rushed, I barely have time to explain any issues I'm having before she rushes to speak over me. I can barely get a word in. She also been dismissive and condescending, ignoring me when I ask her for practical advice on managing my symptoms, and bulldozing when I feel uncomfortable with her treatment method. She also added diagnosis' information into my medical chart that is inaccurate, symptoms and issues that I have never had. I have to call to get things taken off my chart that have nothing to do with my illnesses. Overall a bad experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

I tried to make it work BUT always over scheduled and rushed appointments. Front desk staff weren’t experienced enough to be any help. I had visits and communication issues for 4 months that were never addressed. Then finally I was told that my insurance wasn’t accepted there. Seriously, this should have been disclosed on the first day. So, I had to pay my balance and accept the reality of disorganization. I really wanted this to work but my health is more important than a rushed 5 minute appointment that I had to wait an hour. I was told test results and given diagnosis!!!!! Sorry..appointment over no time for explanations or anything! See you next month! Well I’m over it! I want answers and help not 5 minutes every month.

Exceptional service! The staff is thoughtful, thorough, caring and responds quickly to immediate needs. Our favorite visits are annual wellness visits as the team covers everything! You'll be satisfied with the extra efforts to address your concerns. Highly recommend.

We were new to town and we were looking for a small clinic to take all my four kids to, after experiencing a no-so-friendly visit with Utica Park in Owasso. Andrea was wonderful. So caring and professional with me, my husband and four kids. She truly cares and you can feel it.

Anytime I have an appointment she goes above and beyond. Anytime I've needed a referral, she gets it sent right then and there. She always makes sure I have what I need before I leave

Andrea went above and beyond for me and my family for medical concerns other providers wanted blame weight as the problem and ignore the abnormal labs and symptoms I was having. She listens, she takes her time. Her assistant Wendy was phenomenal with listening to all the details during the initial appt and the follow up appt with Andrea was prompt and she explained the plan of care and was very educational with my disease process and the necessary medications and potential side effects. We will be sure to continue care with Andrea as our PCP.

Her not listening to me caused me and lack of knowledge of how to handle chronic lung illnesses caused me to end up in the hospital with pneumonia and sepsis.

She is excellent and very smart and caring person
