Unprofessional experience
I scheduled an appt with DR Orock over the phone and text on Monday September 9th 2024 for Wednesday September 11th 2024 at 11 am. At triduum health care clinic2301 E Sunset Rd Ste 7, Las Vegas, NV 89119. I arrived at office 10 mins prior. The clinic door is locked with a “will return” sign for 9:30 am. I texted DR Orock and received no response. Very unprofessional to not address an appt with a new patient.

Super fast in and out. Very attentive. Went above and beyond by calling her preferred pharmacy to see if the meds I need would be less than where I usually go to fill. I really appreciate that she does not gouge on first visit fees. I've paid up to $300 for those, only for them to radically change either doctors, hours or treatment just a couple months later and then find myself having to pay those fees again just to go to another facility (I'm convinced some offices only exist on those insane fees). So I will be back the next time I need it!

Terrible experience at Convenient Care on Craig Rd. Would not recommend her. Didn't know what she was doing. Couldn't read a lab report. Didn't know what medications were used for and stated that if it was anything other than pink eye she didn't know how to treat it. Will not be going back there again.
