I worked with Ana for about a year. Punctual, respectful, and professional are just a few of the qualities that you will notice right away. I’ve had many other therapists and doctors overs the years, but none as attentive and focused on helping a patient to heal as Ana is. She met me where I was, which was not where anyone wants to be, and with her calm wisdom, guided me to a much better place. I felt heard, understood, and like each session built on the previous with lasting results. I was given tools and ideas to focus on between sessions. I felt excited for each visit, and WANTED to go no matter how, because I always felt better at the end of a session. Ana’s awareness and mindful approach to the session is second to none are only matched by her intelligence in problem solving the complexities of the human condition.
