Ana is by far the nicest and most caring LMT I have ever met. She took the time to get to know me before the therapy even started, which I greatly appreciate. After her therapy, which was outstanding, she followed up with me on more than one occasion to check and see how I was feeling. My condition is a bit complicated so she took the time to ask lots of questions which helped! She is a true health care professional!! Her office is clean and comfortable and easy to find with plenty of parking. Thank you Ana for making me feel better!

Typically I changed massage therapists about once a year until I began going to Ana in 2002. During the past 15 yrs not only did I grow older, but I also suffered from more medical conditions. Ana's continuing education has enabled her to keep up with my changing needs. Included in her practice is a high level of understanding the technical "stuff" but also the intuitive aspect of being an excellent therapist! Very few LMTs possess the intuitive aspect which sets her apart from all others.

Ana's style of massage is actual therapy and not just a feel good massage. Although you do feel good afterwards, she listens to what issues you have and adjusts her massage accordingly to achieve the best overall health and results. I began going to her after an auto accident and she helped me achieve full mobility and pain relief. I also suffer from lower back pain and leg swelling and always find relief after a session with her.
