Dr. Ana Masbad, PHD

I have been seeing Dr. Masbad for a few years now, and I am so thankful I found her. Always professional, always supportive, and always sincere, I know I can tell her anything and she will be kind, accepting, and real with me. At one point I moved to South Austin and it was still worth it to me to drive 50 mins to see her, because I have always left her office feeling better and like I had a plan for moving forward. I am treated like family every time I go and I love her so much that I have referred very dear friends to her. I don’t know how she does it, but she is always 100% mentally and emotionally available during my sessions and her staff are very accommodating with my schedule.

Dr. M is very kind and compassionate. She truly cares about each of her clients, takes time to listen, and helps you refocus on your goals. During my time with Dr. M, she has helped me through some very difficult times. I greatly value her perspective and advice! I would not hesitate to recommend her to the highest degree. The office staff is always kind and courteous. They make me feel welcome and always take care in answering my questions.

Dr Masbad is nice and easy to talk to. Admin is very bad. I had trouble at almost every turn. Couldn't get insurance verified, couldn't get Dr Masbad in touch with my primary care, over charged me and had to reimburse. I had a very hard time scheduling appts. Even after going to there 6 mos I still never even got to schedule an assessment that I was told I would get from the beginning. Amount of time for each session was too short. If the admin staff was better I would still be seeing her.
