Ana is a Godsend and blessing to me and my family.
Because of Ana in most part I will be celebrating 3 years of sobriety next month, my relationship with my spouse is better than it ever has been, my spiritual journey is amazing and no longer scary.
I must say I had to do a lot of work to be where I am and Ana was their to guide me, to understand me and keep it real whenever I needed.
I could go on and on about how good a therapist Ana is but she is more than that.

Ana Champagne LMFT is by far one of the best therapists in Santa Maria. It is a privilege to have her speak life and correction into my life. Ana has walked with me through life-changing events. Without her support, I don't know if I would be where I am today owning my own business, managing a family, and taking on lifes challenges. She pushed me to believe in myself when I lacked the confidence to take my next growth step. I highly recommend Ana any type of counsiling. 5*

This is a helping professional who wants to help you cope and over come. The intention isn’t to keep you going to sessions forever. She sets goals and montored our progress and has great communication reguading your appointments. Which is hard to come by along with a provider who shows progress each visit. We highly recommend Mrs. Champagne.
