Horrible. Charges for prescribing other brand of contact lenses than the one she sells. Gave me one lens with the wrong prescription. I have no eye insurance, so I rather pay again for consultation than paying her the fee for giving me the prescription with the brand that fits better my eyes

I made an appt online with Dr. Carr. I am a senior and only get on the computer every day 1 or 2 days got on the comp saw and replied to Dr. Carr. I went to the last one. It said since I had not answered their previous emails, they would assume I was a private pay and be there 20 minutes early. I was aghast when I read this email after 6pm. I wrote back and told her to cancel my appt. I have insurance that pays 100% for my exam and frames. No customer service used here. It was signed by Dr. Carr
