After a visit to the walk-in clinic I was instructed to follow up with my PCP. When I called Amy's staff scheduled me for the following day. All staff was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

I chose Amy as my new PCP when I moved to the area. The first time I visited her, I felt very uncomfortable & she made nasty comments about my previous care from my previous PCP-who I saw for 5 yrs & trusted dearly. I visited A. Walther for a prescription refill & she refused to refill said medication & encouraged me try a different kind of medication in it's place. I tried it a few times & it made me a zombie & I could not stay awake at all. I felt terrible for the next two days. I called A. Walther's office to schedule another appt to try to get my original medication prescribed to me. The nurse and her both laughed at me & made comments about my anxiety and panic disorder. A. Walther refused to prescribe original medication, but did not explain why or try to offer something else. Instead she defended herself with, "even Maureen upstairs would agree with me." I don't know/care who Maureen is. I am a new patient to you, with anxiety, and you are telling me you wont help me.
