Finding Amy and starting therapy was one of the best things I’ve ever done. Meeting with her and doing the work completely changed my world. She helped me get out of the dark place, find closure over past experiences/losses, reconnect with myself/find my inner confidence, and get control over my life again. She’s a wonderful therapist who provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space for people to work through their issues at their own pace. I honestly cannot say enough good things.
