Amy Russell, PA-C

Provider does not listen to absolutely anything you try to say abt your medical condition. It feels as if she recites a script - believable the first time around, but when you hear the same words during the next four visits, it is obvious the message is not personalized. Three of the five visits, she called me by someone else's name (not even close to mine). The last time I was there she rushed me out of the office in only minutes after she got to see me. I was trying to tell her I had pain in the area where the Dr had recently performed an ablation but she talked over me. Amy gave me a sheet of PT exercises on the way out (a page that had been copied so many times that one could not make out the images one was supposed to follow as examples). She half explained one exercise, then said "there are three of them" and showed me the exit door. Very disappointed, especially since I pay a lot out of pocket for these visits. I wish I could see the Dr directly but Amy is a kind of a gatekeeper I guess. Will try to find another office for my next ablation as I don't wish to be given this poor customer service ever again.

I saw Amy several times during the course of my knee ailment and she was very consoling and compassionate of my pain. She visited me after surgery and I saw her numerous times during my recovery.

I have been a patient of Amy's for about 6 years. I have always had a wonderful experience with her. She was thorough and help in all situations. I would recommend Amy to anyone. She cares for her patients and it comes through in her service.
