Condescending, Rude, and Unhelpful
As someone in a previous review mentioned, Amy is very rude in tone, brevity, body language, & facial expressions. I went in with sinus infection concerns as I get them once a year in the winter and am very familiar with what they feel like at this point. She dismissed my concerns, attributed my symptoms to allergies, and suggested I purchase upwards of $60 worth of over the counter medication. Amy also misdocumented our visit. She claimed to explain her reasoning behind the diagnosis more than once, even though when I asked her why she believed it wasn't a sinus infection despite my lengthy history, she responded by saying in a rude and irritated tone, 'I just explained that to you.' Her care was completely void of empathy and respect. I wish I never went.

Amy was rushed and complained about how busy she was yet there was no one waiting during my 40 minutes at the clinic. She did not answer my questions. She rolled her eyes at me after I asked a question. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend her.

Amy is very disrespectful - rude tone, brevity, body language, & facial expressions. She doesn't care to listen at all, is lazy & wants to do the very bare minimum, & forces you to make a separate new appointments to charge you for every medical concern. She is an embarrassment of a healthcare provider. A medical appointment should be to take care of the patient. I walked out not feeling heard/important enough to be listened to, made fun of/ridiculed with her judgmental faces/rude tone, & totally unsure how I can afford the next medical appointment bc she didn't even have me sit on the medical table to be examined which is what I paid for. She argued with me when I told her what therapies work for me & wouldn't prescribe them knowing they help. I don't even know what she did for me. What kind of healthcare provider is this? I regret to have even set up an appointment with her. How she made me feel about myself & my medical issues gave me so much shame & made me feel unimportant.

Very rude and does not listen as well as misdocumentayion I’d reason for visit etc. went with my daughter for a chronic sinus infection and diagnosis states sore throat with final diagnosis being “she has allergies and should daily take a combo of Zyrtec as well as sudafed”. I expressed concern with why she wouldn’t try antibiotics as she had been struggling with yellow green discharge on and off for a month and she did not like this challenge and once again was rude stating
