I've had the privilege of being cared for my Amy for the past few years, since moving to Kentucky at the onset of the COVID-19 epidemic. It's been quite a long journey since then, with a large amount of appointments for multiple reasons. She has intelligently addressed numerous problems and issues, and even politely called me out when I wasn't putting in enough effort to take appropriate care of myself. I have sincerely appreciated that, as it has pushed me to get myself to a better place. To suffice, she genuinely seems to care and wants me to succeed. Any referral to a specialist has been absolutely logical and justified. With that in mind, she always does everything within her capacity to help me before referring. I am very thankful.

She didn't even treat me for being sick. She was rude, short, and treated me awful. Very unprofessional!

Absolutely terrible. I went in with chronic back pain and she did not listen or seem to care at all about what I said. I have an appointment with a specialist in a week but called for an appointment here because I was in so much pain I couldn't wait a week. She did nothing except waste my time and belittle my pain. I wouldn't recommend Amy to anyone who actually wants results.
