Amy understands that many people who come to her are not dealing with obesity for the first time. The difference Amy provides is that she is a partner who works WITH you to find solutions that work for you as an individual - she is not an impersonal app or commercial weight-loss fad. She's knowledgeable and has the tools and resources that are only available through a medical program. She is warm and encouraging, always looking for "non-scale" goals to celebrate. Her program includes a combination of in-person and virtual or phone visits, and in either case she is professional and accommodating. I've been working with her for 16 months, during which I lost 20% of my body weight, while also having both knees replaced! I felt great comfort in knowing that I had a certified medical professional caring for my body's health during this time. She helped me manage medications and kept an eye on my bloodwork through weight loss and two surgeries. I can't recommend her enough!

Amy really took the time to explain to me why I was gaining weight. Since I have been seeing her I have lost more than 20% of my presenting weight. She was so sweet and kind I am glad I found her.
