Had an enjoyable appointment with Dr. Knickerbocker. Very knowledgeable and sincere with her conversation about my condition. Highly recommend her.

Dr Knickerbocker listened and answered all questions and concerns. My neuro ophthalmologist recommended an eye check after dry eye treatment - one closer to home that I trusted. I have a special issue of which Dr K had knowledge. When I called for an appt, I was able to quickly schedule easily. I definitely will return to see Dr Knickerbocker!

Dr Knickerbocker is a very knowledgeable eye doctor. More than 5 years ago I was looking for an eyecare professional and I saw Dr Knickerbocker's name so I called for an appointment. My glasses and contact lenses were fit perfectly. I thought wow! I didn't know i could see so well! Dr Knickerbocker has a plan to fit every unique eyecare need. She is very professional along with being caring and friendly. Professional and friendly staff as well. I highly recommend. Thank you Dr Knickerbocker for your excellent eyecare service.

I broke my only pair of eye glasses on Saturday, called Monday and had an appointment Wednesday. Dr. Knickerbocker was easy to talk to, explained everything. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Purely positive experience.

When I couldn't find any eye Drs in Illinois, I called Hannibal, Mo Walmart vision. I was scheduled to see her 3 days later. And I love to call and be seen right away. Too much time lapsing between appointments, means, I'm looking for another Dr. I like my visits to be affordable, I want to know the price ahead of time. Great , thorough, prompt, professional, caring staff and Dt. and meticulously clean office.

Dr. Knickerbocker was friendly and resolved some issues that made me seek a second opinion.
