Amy is a very good therapist
I currently work with Amy (for almost 2 yrs) and would highly recommend her. She is a deep listener (not every therapist is...believe me!). Amy is insightful and working with her has helped me more than I actually thought was even possible in therapy.

I can't say enough about Amy. I've been to a fair number of therapists over the years and Amy really is outstanding. I found her to be just the right balance of professional, engaged, nonjudgmental and very insightful. She’s the best therapist I’ve worked with.

Amy is a terrific therapist! I came into to therapy as an adult to work on the remnants of pretty serious abuse and neglect in my biological family and then the damage from my years living in the foster care system. Amy has a gentle, non judgmental approach. She listens deeply and she has really helped me turn things around in my life. I would suggest her to anyone I cared about.

I have worked with Amy Gray for over two years now, I see her weekly for therapy. She is an excellent therapist, I have actually recommended her to several people. I have a lot of anxiety and depression and I also had a very tough childhood. Amy has really helped me learn to understand my own responses and learn better ways to react to things in my life.
