Just a billing scam
Took over 2 months to get an appointment. The symptoms had already receded by the time we met with Ms. Gbemi. After spending 30 minutes taking about the history, the conclusion was that there was nothing to do as the symptoms had resolved themselves. Next thing, I get billed $700 for a 'complex diagnosis'. Appeal was denied. As soon as I made payment, started getting calls weekly from her office asking to set up a follow up appointment. Also was not informed that she was not an MD at the time the referral appointment was set up.
