She uses the latest information and techniques to help her patients. I always come out feeling better than I did when I went in. She genuinely cares about her patients, she doesn't ask the same standard questions each time. It's much more like a talking to an long term, non-judgemental friend who helps you to see things more clearly than you could have on your own.
