Dr. Amy Daiber, OD

I have been seeing Dr. Daiber for over 20 years. She has been nothing but professional and amazing. I go to the Russellville office 95% of the time. There was a period of a few years that she had some of the worst office staff i have ever encountered. But she seems to have resolved this. The last 2 years the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Back to what her patients had come to expect from her clinic.

Husband went to appt and they got the wrong file 3 times. He was examined for contacts and was told 1 eye was almost 20/20 and was given a test contact for other eye. He got home and realized he had contacts in both eyes and apparently the eye doctor didn't notice that. He went back a second time was reexaminedd and given new trial contacts that did not work. His third visit he was rescheduled for because he was late. He went to rescheduled appointment and waited and waited and waited and finally left. We paid $138 for contact and eye glass exam and he didn't get the eye glass exam and the contact exam was a joke.
