Disservice to medicine
Amy Butts was recommended to review my test levels. Her office said she deals with these cases, but I would need a referral. I went and got a referral and they sent my blood work. NOTE: My blood work had already shown my T levels were low-normal, but my free T was horribly low. It was so low that one of those men's clinic already put me on T replacement, but these places are very expensive and it's 100% out of pocket. Amy Butts reviewed my blood work, called my referring doctor, and said my T levels are fine and I don't need to be seen. My referring doctor asked if her office could call me, and they said 'No. We don't do that.'Anyone who knows anything about T replacement knows it's all about the free T levels as that's what's used by the body. This lady knows nothing about men's health and should not even agree to take these cases. She's doing a disservice to the community and to men in general.

I have been a patient for about a year and have been pleased with her taking care of my thyroid condition. She recently accepted my husband as a patient with his type 1 diabetes. He likes her as well. She listens and really cares.

Amy is very kind and caring. Without her help I would not have control of my diabetes. I'm a kidney transplant patient and have struggled for years to control my diabetes. The entire office is friendly, kind, and worked very well with me to meet my needs.
