Dr. Mohammed is a genuinely caring and kind PT and even offered to help walk her patients through insurance processes. I followed her from East Chicago to Merrillville, because her treatment WORKED. She used manual therapy, PT exercises, and plating techniques to alleviate symptoms from an injury. I always left her practice in EC feeling better than when I arrived, and she genuinely cared about my well-being. Post- surgery, in Merrillville, her automatic appointment service confirmed an appointment on a day the office was closed - I wasted an hour of my time traveling and took time off work. After I called ahead to confirm, the receptionist was rude when I mentioned it and didn't greet me afterwards. I quit seeing Dr. Mohammed after repeatedly coming to appointments and taking the initiative to do my PT as she was busy with other patients/receptionist was doing computer work. Unfortunately, there were other unprofessional experiences that were the final straw in prompting me to find another provider.
