Amie Seitz, APRN

Like another patient here, I was also fraudulently billed by this provider. That is something I'm working out with the proper sources. I have found this woman to be highly arrogant and bizarrely hostile one at least 1-2 occasions during visits. She also has an air of paternalism or superiority to her and won't discuss her decisions or treatments, really. She also tries to get in and out of the room as quickly as possible. Strange experience seeing this provider, I was glad to get a new one.

Do not recommend. They billed me/my insurance for things that never occurred. I saw Dr. Seitz in early October. She took a urine sample for an in-house analysis that was never completed. It’s been two months, and I’ve asked multiple times for results. I was regularly told they didn’t have results yet, lied to by one employee, and told I’ll just have to do the test again next time I come in. Dr. Seitz wrote results in the visit summary for a physical exam that she never did. I read the summary a couple days later and asked a staff member about it. I was told “that’s just the way some doctors code” and not to worry as I would not be charged. The entire summary was completely fabricated. Dr. Seitz was more concerned with trying to convince me to try a new migraine medicine encouraged by her drug rep than to actually address the issue for which I had gone in the first place. I explicitly told I was not there to talk about migraines, but she insisted. She ordered labs and tests without any explanation of why I should get them or how to go about finding the places to get them done. My follow-up conversations with staff regarding lab results were beyond unhelpful. It took them ten days from receiving one set of lab results to actually call and update me on them. At least twice I was called with lab results that they couldn’t explain.

I am so impressed with Amie Seitz, FNP. I’ve seen her four or five times now and every time I’m reminded of how knowledgeable, empathetic and professional she is. Amie takes her time to ask the questions that I forget to ask and she has a wealth of knowledge that is comforting. I always leave her office feeling reassured that I made the right choice in choosing her to be my care provider. I have recommended her to several friends and family members.

Horrible experience with Amie!!! They are currently having heavy road construction on cooper road. Today I sat at the red light for 15 minutes trying to get through to make it to my appointment. I was 6 minutes late and was told that I needed to reschedule, because they were already seeing the next patient. Zero compassion, I explained to the receptionist that I had my son in the truck with me and that his appointment was scheduled for 40 minutes after mine. She said 'yes we schedule our appointments back to back 20 minutes each'!! this tells me that they do not care at all about patient care, only money. Get them in and out as fast as possible!! Shame on Accredited family notcare!! I'm sitting here at the ER writing this because I cannot wait another week!!! Horrible place!!!

Amiens, was amazing in getting me the help I needed very quickly even out of state.
