Satisfied visit
This was my first time being seen at LC Rheumatology…Amelia seemed to be genuinely concerned with my problems, spoke words of knowledge, and made me feel that she planned to do all she could to help me. My appointment was easy to schedule, I was seen quickly, and the Staff were kind. I also felt that Amelia took time with me, and Temu appointment wasn’t rushed.

Listens to concerns and willing to help in anyway. Much more than another Doc in practice.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years but this was my first appointment with her. She rarely looked away from the computer and didn't seem to be interested in discussing my condition or concerns. She spent little time with me. The only examination she did was my hands. Sent me for labs which indicated I needed new prescriptions. I received results from lab before anyone from medical practice informed me. This took a week and me calling and emailing to inquire. I was told prescriptions would be called in, but they weren't by the following day when I went to pick them up. I had to call the practice again, at which time the person I spoke with apologized saying NP Hendrickson "must have forgotten". Another lab result indicated increased inflammation which I asked about. The medical assistant told me it wasn't that high and nothing to worry about. This was all beyond frustrating for me. I am considering seeking transfer to a different rheumatology provider.

I have found Amelia Hendrickson very competent and helpful. However, I am contemplating changing providers because the ACL practice cannot afford a person to answer the telephone. I am now four days in to trying to get a prescription filled. My pharmacy representive has tried to help. They have encountered the same 'leave a message'. The implication is 'We will call you if it suits us'!
