Amber is AWESOME! First off - you should know right off the bat that this is NOT one of those nice cushy massages that you fall asleep to (like on a cruise ship). This is a medical massage. The massage itself is slightly uncomfortable at times (mild pain/pressure/stretching), but the result is more relaxed muscles, better posture, less pain and an improvement in range of motion. I've only had 1 massage in my life (the cushy kind), and I must say, this experience is like none other.
