Was given the wrong address to get there. I drove from almost 2 hours away. I arrived at the wrong clinic,, who called and gave me an address--NOT the same as the ones listed. Her office gave me no indication I would spend a day driving around Muskegon on a happy chase. After the first clinic called, I called to save my appointment. Voicemail. After try #4, I reached office staff, who said I could come back in a MONTH! I asked for the supervisor and got....VOICEMAIL. No help. WORST OFFICE EVER.
