Absolutely awful!
I had such a terrible experience with this therapist. I was recommended to use her through Kaiser as an intake. I was suffering from severe anxiety and finding coping hard and was looking to speak with a psychiatrist or psychologist. Her only advice was to start an 8 week therapy course for anxiety but when I mentioned I was moving she said that that was all she could offer me and since I was moving it wouldn't be of help to me. I told her I was looking to speak to a psychiatrist as it was urgent. She recommended I call my primary care physician (who was the person that referred me to begin with!) just such an awful experience, and the last thing you want to deal with when you're already experience a mental health crisis. She was lacking empathy and concern which as a therapist is unacceptable. I left the appointment in tears and defeated which was so humiliating. Stay away!!!!
