Dr. Skowron is empathetic, patient, and a great listener. She helped me cope and overcome many anxiety issues and equipped me with the skills and techniques to preserve and be resilient. After seeing her for about three years, I have learned and adapted so much. She is very flexible and always remembers what we discussed in our previous session. I highly recommend her to fellow college students/young adults struggling with stress and/or anxiety.
