The 30 minute session was just terrible. She was late to the session and did not know how to facilitate a therapy session with her patient. She repeated the things I said and or remained silent. There were no helpful responses, questions to reflect on, or applications to work on. She did not know what she was doing. Please do not waste your time with her.

I had one visit with her and gosh it was painful. First she was late for the appointment, did not apologize. Second, it feels like she had no idea what she was doing. I've never met a therapist that said things like "yeah, that can happen." And everytime I say something, she just stayed silent. Like... maybe you can say something? Aren't you suppose to say or do something to help me? I had to keep asking questions that obviously she didn't know how to answer. The whole session felt like I was talking to a bad friend that doesn't know how to deal with other's negative emotion, but she's my only friend so I had no choice but to talk to her. In that 40 minutes, I thought about hanging up multiple times because it was that uncomfortable. Stay away and find a better therapist.
