Bad Experience
I had a terrible experience with this Nurse where she refused to speak to me and my mother and gave false witness testimony that included discriminating against my religion so she could send me to a behavioral center. She charged me over $2,800 on tests she ordered without a doctor and she saw me and sent me illegally to a behavioral center without a doctor ever seeing me. And me saying no. Get a lawyer when dealing with this nurse her main aim is to humiliate you and the only way you will not be humiliated is with a lawyer. Print your medical file then preview and save as a pdf (basically unlock it; look up on google) upload it in Gemini (googles chatgpt) Ask it to show you all inconsistencies. It showed me all the errors this nurse did when I asked. Take the info you learn and send it to Insurance Investigators (Important you dont have to be insured by them), and the OIG.
