After yrs of some drs being hurried/disinterested, answering a valid question with "don't worry about that" or worse, don't bother to even attempt to answer at all. I do not go to the dr. unless needed, and many times told I waited too long. But to not waste a time I make sure it's a valid visit and in the interim, I jot down questions so I will limit drs time, previous drs. will remind me "we have this scheduled for 15 mins" IF u happen to need more time, reciting the time to you as you are a bother. It feels rude/unprofessional and non-caring, at best, for I know they are busy and I try hard to stay in bounds of their time. FNP Curry RESTORED my confidence and trust, that not all, but many, have NOT given. Those that did, were rare, and unfortunately, my ins changed. She wants to know and answers well - NOT blowing the ? off with "don't worry about that". She is pleasant/has good experience and listens well, and I feel she honestly cares about your issue. That's good with me.
