Wanted to love her but was seriously disappointed
I wanted to like her but all of my interactions with her and staff have been disappointing to say the least. At my first appt she had a serious, cold demeanor, which made my appt even worse bc I already had a lot of anxiety about the reason why I was there. She gave me advice to get bloodwork and an abdominal scan which I appreciated and followed through with. I was a nervous wreck when my results came back abnormal and I waited for them to call me and the call never came. I had to call THEM to understand what my scan meant. All I was told to do was take vitamin e and reduce sodium. At my follow up appt after the scan, still got very little info about my new condition, and it was like pulling teeth to understand the severity and how to best move forward with my life. I was told to get another scan in a year and that was it. I left feeling very underwhelmed by her 'treatment plan' and felt like I was not a priority in the least. I have since moved to another office for follow ups.

Felt rushed, didn't seem to answer questions or want to listen to concerns or answer questions, kept interrupting when the patient was trying to explain their concerns. Was in the room for less than 10 minutes. The office staff and clinical staff were great.

Had initial visit with practitioner. She walked in and did not introduce her self, did not smile, was very cold. The whole visit was maybe 10 minutes and I left with no answers. I will be finding a different mdo.
