Amanda Bailey

I have worked with Amanda as both a provider, and as a patient. She is very thorough, asks very complete questions and I feel especially for those with Bipolar Disorder and Depression, has a very holistic, taking a great 35,000 foot view. I have had a few new intakes who have her as their provider coming into practice, and they feel they were finally correctly diagnosed working with her, after years having their Bipolar Disorder as if it were only only depression and/or anxiety. They feel very cared for, and more optimistic in feeling they are finally receiving the right care. As a patient, I feel very cared for as well. She is soft-spoken, thorough, and very consistent. As a provider, it can be hard for us to be as open in the same field, but everybody needs consistent care. Thank you!

Not sure what happened with the other patient who reviewed; Amanda is more reserved than some might like but she is very kind. She just happens to be calm and quiet and not effusive. She’s been a huge help to me navigating medication options as a pregnant then nursing mother. She’s knowledgeable and willing to listen.

I tried to work with Amanda a few years ago. She was incredibly unfriendly and didn’t even say hello at the beginning of our appointments, let alone asking anything about my well-being. I stopped seeing her due to insurance reasons, and tried contacting her again during a medical emergency I was having at a later time. Not only would she not help me, she wouldn’t even respond to my emails.
